Going back to work after parental leave is a big transition. We spend much time preparing for birth but less time preparing for the integration of life after the baby is born.

In the Going Back to Work Workshop, you will be met with compassion for wherever you are in your transition back to work. All experiences are welcome, whether you can’t wait to return to work or are distressed just thinking about it.

This class will allow you to take a mountaintop view of your whole life. It will help you clarify what is most important to you today as a working parent and show you how to design your life more easily and discernibly during this vital transition.

Come and identify the best pace and action plan for your unique transition to the working world as a parent. Be in community with other parents in your position and create the next best steps for you and your family with ease, grace, and flow.

In this workshop, you can expect to receive the following:

-Clarity on values while integrating your new identity as a parent
-Support in effective communication, boundaries, and negotiation
-Community and connection with other parents returning to work
-Self-created action plan that helps generate alignment

Olsen is a career and life transitions coach with a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology and over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through periods of professional and personal change. With a background in adult learning, coaching, and facilitation, her approach combines practical tools with deep listening and compassionate guidance, helping clients gain clarity, build confidence, and take purposeful action as they navigate transitions such as returning to work, changing careers, or redefining their professional identity.
